Late Collection Fee
Children are expected to be collected at the time their booking has finished. If for any reason the children are collected after the finish time, a flat £10 fee will be added to your account per child. We have to take these measures as late collections can incur additional staff hire and room charge fees. If you are running late please be sure to contact the club at your earliest convenience, we will do our best to accommodate you if we can. For repeat late collections we reserve the right to cancel your child's booking.
Late Booking Fee
This applies to children who arrive at our Breakfast & After School Clubs without being booked in. It requires our staff to contact Parents/Carers to find out whether the children are being collected, speaking to the school office to make phone calls home when we are fully booked and dealing with upset children who do not know where they are supposed to be. The late booking fee will be £2 and added to booking accounts at the time of the late booking.
Late Payment Fee
Currently a £2 fee will be added to a late payment. Late payments may also result in having a booking cancelled.
Contact and Authorised Collectors Details
Please can you check that we have your correct contact details on the booking system, If you have recently changed address, contact number or email address. We must have up to date details to contact you. If you would like for someone else to collect your child please make sure they are a named collector in your account and that you also inform us with notice of who will be collecting (on what day) at

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. To better serve all our families and manage our schedules efficiently, we will be implementing a 24-hour notice requirement for cancellations.
Notification Requirements
To receive a credit for a cancelled session, you must notify us by 6:00 PM the day before the scheduled session. This will allow us to ensure that our resources are utilized effectively. You can cancel via your online account, select the 'credit note' tick box option or please emil info@activeplayeducation.co.uk in the specified timeframe.
Extra Curricular Term Bookings
Please note that our extra curricular activities that are payable in advance, run for the whole term and is a fixed booking. We do not offer credits for missed or cancelled sessions.
